Every booking is 90 minutes. Most people fill it like this.

Pick a room. The Big Stove runs hot and dry; The Soft Room is gentler.
Cold
1–3 min, or less · 4–10°C · 39–50°F
Into a tub or under the bucket. Ten seconds absolutely counts.

Sit outside by the fire or inside with tea. Talk, or don’t.
Repeat two to four times. Go at your own pace, start shorter than you think and get out whenever you want.
What it costs
A drop-in round is $28, or $22 on weekdays before 16:00. Your very first one is $18.
