The Deep is a steel tub sunk into the yard floor and kept at 4–6°C. It’s deep enough to sit with the water at your shoulders, with three steps and a handrail to get in.
Take it slowly. Step in, breathe out, keep your head above the water and get out when you’ve had enough. A few seconds is a perfectly good visit.
