Book this
Lower temperature, more steam and a slower pace. The Soft Room seats ten, with the stove behind a wooden screen and small windows looking out onto the yard.
Every evening it’s where Ines and the crew run Aufguss: scented water on the stones, then the hot air moved round the room with a towel. Keep it quiet during an infusion, and if you need to leave, go, just close the door gently.
