The information here is general and we keep it as current as we can, but times and prices can change. The booking system always shows the latest details.

Rounds are booked in 90‑minute slots of up to 24 people. Cancel at least 6 hours before your slot and we’ll add a credit to your account, valid for 6 months. Later cancellations and no-shows aren’t credited, but you can pass your booking to a friend.
Social nights can be cancelled for a credit up to 48 hours before. Private hire has its own terms, sent with your quote. Late arrivals still finish at the end of their slot.
Monthly membership is $119 a month and includes unlimited off-peak rounds and 8 peak rounds. Unused peak rounds don’t carry over, and memberships can’t be shared.
To cancel, give one month’s notice by email or at the desk. Your membership runs as normal until the end of the notice month.
5‑round packs are valid for 3 months and 10‑round packs for 6 months. Gift cards are valid for 12 months. None of them can be exchanged for cash.
Quench is for ages 16 and up. Guests aged 16 and 17 must be with an adult (18 or over) who stays with them for the whole round. We may ask for ID.
Please follow the house rules and the crew’s instructions. We can ask anyone who puts themselves or others at risk to leave, including anyone who’s been drinking, and that booking won’t be refunded.
We keep lost property for 30 days, then donate or recycle it. Swimwear and towels go after 7 days. Use the contact form with a description and we’ll have a look.
