Quench is a sauna and cold-plunge club at Unit 3, Coldwater Yard, 18 Foundry Lane. We’re responsible for personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@quench.example.
From our contact and private hire forms: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and whatever you write to us. From the newsletter sign-up: your email address. Like most websites, we also collect basic technical data such as browser type and the pages you visit.
To reply to your message or enquiry, to send the newsletter if you signed up, and to see which pages people find useful. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for anything you didn’t ask for.
Only the services that host this website, run our email and send our newsletter, and only so they can do that job. Bookings, memberships and gift cards go through our booking provider, whose own privacy notice covers what you give them.
Messages and enquiries for up to two years, then we delete them. Newsletter details until you unsubscribe.
We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to count visits. You can block or delete them in your browser settings.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter any time using the link in every email. Just write to hello@quench.example.
